Apply the cream to the desired area and let it absorb fully. - STEP 2
After the cream is absorbed, place the patch on top and leave it on for 6–8 hours before removing it.

Allow the cream to absorb completely before applying the patch.
If the patch turns white, gently remove it.

For the patch, we recommend using it 1–2 times per week, depending on your skin’s needs and sensitivity.
Both the cream and patch have completed irritation tests.
